Flight Reimbursement Details

We will provide a $200 Flight Reimbursement (limited to two per company) for the first 200 Delegate Attendees to Register outside a 100 mile radius from the event. If you see the details included on the home page then we still have an allocation of Passes available, so we encourage you to Register soon to ensure you qualify for the Reimbursement.

How It Works

Once Registered you will be notified within 48 hours of your approval and confirmation on your qualification for the Flight Reimbursement. You will be responsible for making your own travel arrangements to attend the Conference. The reimbursement will be $200 irrespective of the cost of the travel, whether over or under $200. You will receive a personal check at the end of the event after you have completed your schedule of targeted meetings with solution providers. You will be able to review and approve / alter the list of scheduled meetings prior to the event to ensure we are only connecting you with exhibitors who have potential to deliver value. If you do not attend the event or your schedule appointments you are not eligible for the reimbursement.

This offer is for Delegate Attendees outside a 100 Mile radius from the event. Attendees will generally be titles such as: C-Level, SVP, VP, Director, Head, Lead & Manager of:
